Improved time entry dialogs

How often you really need one-minute resolution?

When entering time for calendar alerts, NuukiaWorld's Timed Profiles etc. you must enter all four digits (hours and minutes) in order to continue. However, in most cases one-minute resolution is not needed!

This patch changes the time dialog default contents hh:mm to hh:00 reducing the number of key presses needed to enter time (no need to enter minutes if one-hour precision is acceptable). When more accuracy is needed, you can always overwrite the zeros by entering the minutes as usual.

This patch consumes zero (0) bytes of flash space.

CAUTION: Trying to modify the built-in firmware of a mobile phone may make it practically unrepairable. This applies especially to phones that does not have a separate EEPROM chip for settings and calibrations (e.g. most Nokia 3xxx phones). Before trying to update the flash memory, you need to understand the functions of your flashing program and the whole flashing process, including any checksum updates required. NuukiaWorld does not give any support in flashing-related questions.
