Smooth alarm clock tone for DCT-3 phones

Scared by your alarm clock?

• Add a soft low-volume intro in your mornings
• Vibra action only in the second half of the alarm
  
• Wake up and kill the tone before the infernal standard alarm goes off!
• You can optionally specify custom ringtone file to be used as the alarm clock tone
  

This patch replaces the built-in alarm clock tone with a new version that has a 30-second low-volume soft-sound intro. The vibra (if applicable) is also quiet in the beginning.

You can optionally use you own binary ringtone file as the alarm clock tone.

Compiled to work with NokiX Script snapshot 6.10.2006. Recompiling requires NokiX SDK V2. Includes the full source code published under GNU Public License.

Script parameters: [<filename>]

• filename – name of an optional ringtone file in RE format as extracted by for example Nokia PPM Manager or PPMMaker

CAUTION: Trying to modify the built-in firmware of a mobile phone may make it practically unrepairable. This applies especially to phones that does not have a separate EEPROM chip for settings and calibrations (e.g. most Nokia 3xxx phones). Before trying to update the flash memory, you need to understand the functions of your flashing program and the whole flashing process, including any checksum updates required. NuukiaWorld does not give any support in flashing-related questions.
